Softening “resistance” is key when you are trying to get out of your own way, and create your best life. Resistance may also be defined as negative emotion, thought, or a belief that is not in alignment with who you are. Resistance occurs within, and our emotions – which are energy – actually can block the flow of abundance.
Consider this however, the idea of having a “soft heart”… toward yourself and others is an attitude and way of being that immediately shifts you toward the softening of resistance in your life – and really without too much effort.
I teach this… yes. It’s full of truth, it works, and it’s immediate. Manifesting your best life, and allowing your good to flow is all about alignment. A soft heart is easy to jump to, and is key.
Remember this however… it’s a choice to have a soft heart. In any moment you have the option to choose it. It holds profound uplifting energy…one that can’t be matched by merely picking apart your belief system, and thinking about individual thought you are thinking. It’s a way of being. Choice.
Choosing to have a “soft heart” is magical… it’s the sweet spot of compassion… it’s the space from which all things are created. Can you feel that?

Law Of Attraction Techniques Defined
A new thought process has evolved over the last decade; This process often referred to as “law of attraction, ” however has been around since the beginning of time. In 2006, the movement gained popularity and visibility after the release of the “Secret, ” a book and film based on the theory. For, from King Solomon’s time and the belief that “as a man thinks in his heart so is he, ” to the various programs and workshops being offered in the field today, “law of attraction” is again, nothing new as the premise behind the technique is based on the age-old belief that “anything is possible, ” along with the time-tested practices of “mind control” and ’self-realization.’
The basic principle behind “law of attraction,” theory is that one can create one’s own reality and make their dreams come true simply through focused meditation, thought and with very little action or motivation. A belief based in the underlying principle that “chance is influenced by thought.” In addition, it is also believed one can use the the process to eliminate negative energies from their surroundings by focusing on all the positive aspects in life rather than dwelling on the negative. Another way to look at this would be that whatever energies you focus on are the ones drawn back to you.
In using, “law of attraction” techniques, one can achieve many goals and successes in life. Of course, as with any practice, all success is based on the motivation of the user. Belief in self and the “universal laws, ” that both “karma, ” and “law of attraction, ” theories are derived from is a good start. Many however believe that success is only eminent when maintaining these beliefs along with the original beliefs that “anything is possible, ” and that one can “believe to achieve.”
Just a few ways in which these techniques can work for you are in alleviating pain and negativity from life by focusing on the positive aspects rather than the negative, creating a better home and work life, enhancing communication skills, finding love, maintaining a healthier life, overcoming anxiety and depression and learning to understand the differences found within each of us.
