Things To Know About Manifesting Meditations
Manifesting meditations is one part of the Law of Attraction that has become popular in the last few years due to a movie. The term itself dates back to an article in the New York Times that was used to describe the gold rush to Colorado in the late 1870s. It has been used several times in the many years since that time.
The Law of Attraction school of thought attempts to use scientific theories that scientist use to describe physical properties of matter and apply them to the activities of the brain. This method gives the suggestion that everyone can order their own world by use of their thoughts. The theories of quantum physics and Einstein\’s theory our universe is made of energy. That energy may be in use or stored. If the amplitude or frequency is changes, it will give different results. A branch of quantum physics, quantum mechanics looks at the relationship of matter and energy. In this branch of physics, we find that like energy fields attract. These theories do have scientific evidence behind them.
The jump to the laws of abundance and attraction theory, attempts to apply these physical laws to people. According to those who adhere to this way of thinking, if you put out thoughts of wealth instead of poverty, you will become wealthy instead of poor.
The group also takes laws of chemistry that says matter is not created of destroyed and attempts to apply the theory to life.
Pay very close attention when those teaching the laws of attraction theory claim that it has been scientifically proven. The scientific method tells us that nothing is known for sure, but evidence may support or not support a theory. While the theories of science may have evidence that supports them, very little has ever been done to scientifically prove the Law of Attraction. You will find little evidence that the so called law exists.
Granted, a positive attitude can make a large difference in life, however it is no guarantee of financial success. In fact, many who have amassed large fortunes have died unhappy. Some of the rich may have a positive attitude while others become cynical. In addition, there are those that many people would consider extremely poor that have learned to be satisfied with what they have and have happiness that the wealthy may never have or understand.
Manifest meditations use recordings to try and change negative brain waves to the positive ones. The subliminal messages of these recordings is said to make you more positive and to help you to find wealth.

EFT, The Secret To Abundance And Prosperity
Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is a method of balancing the body’s energy in order to remove negative emotions. By tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on a limiting belief or feeling, EFT removes energy blockages and opens pathways to happiness and abundance.
Much as a sculptor chips away stone to reveal his masterpiece, EFT chips away at the negative energies that do not belong. Removing our limiting beliefs leaves behind our true self, who is then able to receive the bounties life has to offer.
EFT involves tapping traditional acupuncture points on your body called meridians, usually with the first two fingers of your dominant hand. While tapping along the meridian points you make a statement of self love and acceptance despite your particular limiting issue. This is the “setup”:
“Even though I am ______ (fill in with limiting statement, i.e., “unable to accept true love,” or “resisting making more money for myself”), I choose to love and accept myself.” Repeat this statement three times as you tap each of the following points.
While we are tapping we are confronting our issues head on. Negativity clears out leaving room for feeling good and allowing us to move positive energy to the forefront.
The Tapping Points
* Tap at the karate chop point, which is on the side of the non-dominant hand between the pinky and the wrist. Tap a simple rhythm: tap, tap, tap, tap, tap. Tap lightly so you don’t bruise yourself.
* Tap at the eyebrow point, which is at the beginning of the eyebrow, right near the middle of the forehead.
* Tap on the side of the eye, on the outside corner of the eye socket.
* Tap under the middle of your eye at the top edge of your cheekbone. This is just at the edge of the eye socket as well.
* Tap under the nose between the nose and the upper lip.
* Tap between the chin and lower lip in the crease of the chin.
* Tap on the collarbone point. This is a little U shape at the base of the throat where the collarbones come together in the middle. Make a fist, tap right over the U shape, tapping the inside ends of both collarbones.
* Tap under your arm approximately four inches below the armpit. This may be close to the same area where a woman’s bra might touch her arm. Tap using four fingers.
* Tap at the top of the head where the crown is. Use all fingers and tap around the crown in a circle on top of the head.
Tiredness after Tapping
This basic EFT routine can be very effective in eliminating negative emotions. Fatigue can happen after implementing the technique and there are several reasons for this to happen. First, tapping can be a bit of a workout especially if strong emotions surface. Similar to exercising, we may be tired but we know it is a healthy way to feel after a workout.
A second reason people may feel tired is attributed to the relaxation that is felt afterward. For those people who go through their day with a lot of stress and tension, releasing those stressors can cause the tiredness that is felt.
Sometimes people get very tired during EFT and have a hard time focusing. This could be due to resistance. Part of the mind does not want to let go of the limiting protections the subconscious places on us. Part of the mind says it is too dangerous, so it resists.
Because tapping can bring up intense feelings, people may choose not to do it alone.
Freedom from Limiting Beliefs
By recognizing the beliefs that limit us while we tap we can release negative energies and emotions that block our path toward abundance and joy. We are left as the chiseled sculpture, free from emotions that bind us and exposed to receive the blessings around us.
